Personnel Leasing
In temporary employment (Arbeitskräfteüberlassung / AKÜ), a three-way relationship exists between the personnel leasing agency (Evo.People GmbH), the client company and the employee. The employees are in an employment relationship with the temporary employment agency, while at the same time working in an occupational relationship with the company which they are assigned to. The exact modalities of the assignment are defined in the employment contract, in the assignment agreement (§10) and in the assignment notification (§12). Assigned employees are seamlessly integrated into the operations of the client company and follow its organizational and technical instructions.

Predictability
The personnel leasing model allows you to calculate your fixed costs precisely. Billing is based on actual hours worked; there are no additional headcounts.

While the company typically bears the risk of absences, we cover this risk and the associated costs when supplying employees. This allows you to concentrate on your core business while we take care of the HR matters.
Subsidies
As a personnel leasing company, we cooperate with the Social and Further Training Fund (Sozial- und Weiterbildungsfonds / SWF). This cooperation enables us to provide your employees with needs-oriented training in the course of temporary employment. There are no extra costs involved!
