Purpose of data processing
Evo.People is a company specialized in the recruitment and provision of IT professionals. For the purpose of providing our services, we collect, store, and process personal data of applicants, employees, clients, business partners, and suppliers.
Processing of personal data
When visiting our website, technical data is processed to provide the content, ensure the security of the offer, and detect misuse.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and message content to handle your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete these data when they are no longer needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Applications
Personal data of applicants is processed exclusively to offer suitable employment opportunities. The collected data is not used for marketing or advertising purposes. Decisions in the recruiting process are made by our recruiting team.
Processed data may include personal identification data, contact data, personal details, education, professional experience, and skills. Application data may be transferred to contractual partners or potential contractual partners for the purpose of staffing, provided this is necessary and legally permissible.
Applicant management with Coveto
We use the Coveto applicant tracking system to manage our job openings and applications. Evo.People GmbH is the controller responsible for processing your application data. Coveto processes the data on our behalf. You can use our career portal to apply for advertised positions or submit an unsolicited application.
Transfer to third parties
Within an application process, pseudonymized profiles are generally forwarded first. If personal data has to be transferred, this only takes place on the basis of the required legal basis or with appropriate consent.
Carefully selected service providers may be used as processors. These processors are bound by instructions and committed to confidentiality.
Security
Evo.People uses technical and organizational measures to protect data against manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access. This website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Cookies, tracking, and external services
The technically necessary cookie cc_cookie stores your cookie preferences for 365 days. Consent is not required for this technically necessary cookie under Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. We currently use no analytics or marketing services.
This website provides email and phone links for inquiries. No inquiry forms or Google reCAPTCHA are loaded.
Current job openings are provided through our own API, which retrieves the public Coveto job feed on the server. When loading the job list, your browser connects only to our website; Coveto cookies are not forwarded to your browser. Links to job openings and applications open the career portal operated by Coveto on our behalf only after you click them.

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
